This is the best tasting yeast flakes that I've ever had! I have been using brewers yeast/nutritional yeast for over 50 years so I've come across a number of products over the years. Based on my research, brewers yeast has a few more nutrients than nutritional yeast so I like that.This is the best tasting yeast flakes that I've ever had!
