I have consumed both original and now more recently the lemon flavor added versions of this cod liver oil from Piping Rock. I have to say that the lemon really helps to make this palatable. For those who may be squeamish about following a routine of ingesting cod liver oil once or twice a day you will find this quite tolerable. Consume with a meal and a bit of food following swallow will make you forget you've even taken it!I have consumed both original and now more recently the lemon flavor added versions of this cod liver oil from Piping Rock.
