I can't really give a review on how this works as I just purchased it. I can only comment on the value and that I like to order from Piping Rock. This is about the 4th thing I have tried that is supposed to help with collagen, and as usual, I feel I have some bloating whenever I use any of these products. So, in the beginning I took it every day and felt bloated, so now I am just taking it once a week until I use up the product. Will have to wait and see if I feel anything is different.
