1st time trying Did not disappoint 100% recommend
I've never tried melatonin before but heard a lot about it. Ive been struggling to sleep for over a year so gave it a go. The gummies have a slight bitter flavour but dont last long so not a major issue. They take about 5 to 10 mins to work on me and they are very effective. I dont always have a solid nights sleep but i have dogs that wake me so i dont blame the gummies. I will buy again and 100% recommend.I've never tried melatonin before but heard a lot about it.
