Excelent Supplement
I started using this a month ago to help trea NAFLD and hopefully to lose some weight. I use this along with L-Glutamine powder in juice or a protein shake 1-2 times daily and not onlyhave Ilost a few pounds ( not as much as had hoped,but a few) I was mainly using this for the Liver problem. My Gastro Doctor gave me his ok to do this and we confirmed the results with a blood chemistry test.
