I use this product as a meal replacement, pre or post workout to add extra proteins to my diet. The double dutch chocolate has a decent taste, it's not chaulky and mixes well. I use coconut milk instead of water. You can use other milk substitutes as well. It helps me to keep track on a low carb lifestyle. I am a woman of a particular age and adding more protein to my diet helps me to build and maintain muscle. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
